Well done Dena, super result and a really great time!
Didn't do it myself, the current regime of 3 runs a month is not lending itself to ultra marathon running

I've been on the committee of the Tara Rock GAA club for the past few years. We are holding a mud run / obstacle course event later this month as a fundraiser. It is promising to be great fun, and very very mucky, hopefully some 795'ers would like to enter it. Here is a post that I put up on boards....

I don't have a bike box to lend Ruairi, but I have seen people use the strong cardboard boxes that bikes are delivered in before for transporting bikes again afterwards. Have a word with Peter in Revolve or Martin/Anthony in Gorey Cycles, they will likely have a pile of them there you could take you...
