I'll be there at quarter past eight.

I'll be there tonight at 8.15 (and I can assure everyone that the pace will not be very fast)!

I can't make it tomorrow lads, nor next week I'm afraid .
The forecast looks good (yet again) so enjoy the dip. What a summer it has been!

I put myself down for a large hoodie on the spreadsheet. Can you remember if that was the size of the largest one you had in Kildavin last Thursday as it fitted well ? Ifyou think it was XL can you please change my order.

Do you have to be a member of tri Ireland to compete in the club duathlon ? I know a few. potential beginners to triathlons who might like to take part in the race.
