Frank I'd be interested in this on either of the fridays

Thanks for the good wishes lads. I actually enjoyed this one. Great atmosphere and the support throughout the course was Hugh. If i were to do another one, would consider this one again.

I would like to thank everybody who helped out at Tri795 Carlow, both on the Saturday and Sunday. Without your help the event could not have taken place. So thanks again it was all very much appreciated.

Best of luck tomorrow folks should be fun. Nice to see big numbers.

I'm going for a swim in bagenalstown on friday eve for 7pm, sat 6.30 and 3ish on Sunday afternoon if anyone wants to join me.

Yea I would prefer bagnelstown its closer to me. In a couple of more weeks though. I just don't feel safe getting into it yet. It seems a lot wider with more current and deeper. I just feel a little safer in athy for the moment knowing that they have been in the last 2 weeks.

Not looking forward to it either but can't wait to have a change from the pool.

Lads was planning on going for a swim in Athy Sat and Sunday afternoon if anyone is interested. Was thinking around 4ish. Let us know and we can arrange a time.
