my comeback tri have not swam in the sea in 3 years, i have been on the bike twice in two years......doing a bit of running........theres all my excuses on the table!!!!
never done this tri but should b fun first time back in the 795 colors in maybe two years

That sounds like a brilliant camp, well done for getting that, i cant fit in a wetsuits so wont make it but looking forward to hearing how is goes......maybe next time aiil b there

yep i think thats right, i was only thinking if ye wanted to make up numbers, its always good to have good numbers on track but mayb it could b looked into separately, i believe the time slots will b up again in jan, getting the right time n day is so important

Jim i do track in the new track enniscorthy the hub slaney olympic have it 7-8 tues and thur, we do coached speed sessions or do you own thing. maybe it would be possiblity for 795 to join up with slaney for the use...

tue is track night for me and im doing spinning on thur in nolans gym so dont know if id do fri too, 3.50 is alot cheaper than nolans but the class is vv good and challenging alot of slaney cycling do this class. im at the end of the list anyways so let everyone else decide and if there u need to fi...
