Fair play lads a good lot of work in organizing that. The only issue I have and maybe I’m on my own here is the scoring. Personally for me to get anywhere near a 10km bp from 2016(didn’t do one last year) I would have to train exclusively for a 10km for the next 10/12 weeks and even at that the most...

There's kids racing on in the afternoon, starting at 2 in G.A.A. pitch. Beginner distances U8 300m then going up 100m for every year. So if anyone's kids fancy running come along. Disco in the community centre after last race

It's pretty good first 3rd should be fast down through Tombrack, then a flat section along the river on same road used for the Porters 10km a year or two ago. Then the sting in the tail, out onto N11 and a drag back to Ferns.
