Since Jan 5th when my training started I've swam approx. 128,000m; cycled 3,150kms and run 960kms Jeez, I'm glad I'm not responsible for washing your kit! Pulse tri Clogherhead 7th August
The Mimnagh's are taking part in this tri- a good few of us did it last year -it's well run and a SEA swim- Yippee!!
It's in Co. Louth- and about an hour above Dublin and it starts at 12pm.
