Since Jan 5th when my training started I've swam approx. 128,000m; cycled 3,150kms and run 960kms Jeez, I'm glad I'm not responsible for washing your kit! It's a men's small size.
I can ask Martin to bring it with him if you like. It has cleats or we have pedals somewhere for it.

Pulse tri Clogherhead 7th August

The Mimnagh's are taking part in this tri- a good few of us did it last year -it's well run and a SEA swim- Yippee!!
It's in Co. Louth- and about an hour above Dublin and it starts at 12pm.
Entries are still open if anyone else would like to do it :?: :?:
