After the duathlon last weekend I would like to keep the momentum in the legs going on the bike, anyone up for a spin this Saturday or Sunday, Bunclody, Gorey, wherever?
Some other people except me expressed an interest this morning.

Well I got in to the Olympic distance event this morning at 9.15am! giddyup! Looking forward to it!
