Is there anybody interested in going out for a 60 or 60 plus km early in the morning (St Patricks day).

My kids had a fantastic day at the duathlon and are thrilled with there medals. It was very well ran and ran on time. Now I just need to get one of those medals for myself.

No worries fergal I put the post up quiet late so apologies. I go out most sundays on the bike and would definitely be interested as it nicer going with someone. Although it was quiet cold this morning.

Anybody interested in doing a 60km cycle in the morning at 8.30 am from the square weather permitting

Is it starting this Sunday, are you doing it lorraine? is it very difficult just wondering whether I would be able for it?
