Hey Brian,

I am doing a marathon training spin with Epic, so wont be around Bunclody for a spin.

As it says above. Big bike stuff plenty of pedalling though. Leaving Glenealy car park across the pub at 9.30.

Going to ride some or all enduro stages in Carrick mnt while it still dry. So wont make this spin .

Might join you Brian, Doing a XC training spin in the morning so I see how im fixed after that ill give you a call around lunch time.

5th in Masters, 17th overall. Great conditions a bit wet a the start but then the sun came out. Great event

Brian I be doing this. Rode some of the course last week and it proper mountain biking. I be driving up on Sat morning and go home on Sunday. A few pints and loads of food after the race. There might be a few Epic mtb riders staying over so we can join them. Camping is a option I will have a look at...
