Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the spinning classes now in mt wolseley. I hope this ok and doesn't cause to much disruption.

I am interested in giving the running at the golf club ago. I run a bit on my own but have no idea as to what type of head touch is a good one to get. As there is so many types, any information on this would be appreciated.
