Is there anyone interested in going good out for a rd bike spin in the morning.

Anyone interested in a road spin leaving the square at 7pm. Hoping to do an easy 50km. The rain is supposed to stop around 4/5pm.

Does anyone fancy a spin leaving the square at 7pm for 2 hrs.

Is there anyone interested in going for a cycle this evening?

Sorry won't get there till late 7.45

If the adult race starts at 10 what time does the primary school kids race start at? Also do they all have to race together or what age brackets are they broken down into? Also does each child get a medal or is it just 1st,2nd & 3rd? Plus what's the distance please?

Sorry how much km are ye looking at doing as might go out earlier and then join ye at 9am.
