Re: **** BREAKING NEWS****
Fair play Gary, wonderful result. Nice to see the Racing jersey in full flight. Thanks David for confirming my concern for full body armour with that photo. Bone breaking stuff

Re: Beast of the East

That was a fierce race and then after all the hardship to finish with a sprint. Apologies Martin for taking advantage of your calf muscle injury...

Re: Wicklow Aquathon Wednesday 21st July Bray
Yea it was a great night out, I was expecting an easy swim and tough run but we got both last night. My goggles were playing up last night too as everytime I looked up that bloody white buoy was the same distance away. I just hope that photographer had a picture of Ed's smile last night, that was wo...

Re: Carrick-on-Suir Triathlon 2010
Well done everyone, looks like a fab weekend all round. I'm feeling very jealous here looking at the photos. As for the times Tom & Dena, wow :o . Tom you've left all of us in your wake, the same run time as Colm Turner who's broken three run records this year and Dena the 4th woman home. I'm ev...

Re: Carrick-on-Suir Triathlon 2010
Best of luck in Carrig everyone, I hope it's as good a day as Dunmore, which was my favourite of the year so far. I'm busy bricking it 'literally' for the following weekend when I try tackle the 'Beast'. Look forward to seeing the reports and times, best of luck Tom on your debut

Re: Book Swap/Loan
Good post David, it's a pity, I have both Total Imersion and the Triathletes Training Bible as well, we could have saved a few bob if we had this earlier. I would love to see that DVD, have always threatened to buy one, much easier than reading. Might get that off you some time soon.
