Huge Congrats Dena fantastic to start the season off with a win, well done too Jarlath , great race and a super swim time. Well done Max and Zoe those early morning trips to the pool are certainly paying off.

Really enjoyed the three sessions with James... I shall now try and put it in to practice and run more fluidly !!!!

If people not keen to commit to set session, I did a session there today and got the following info: Track is open to the public on saturdays between 10 - 1pm, its an honesty system, and pay as you go. 2 Euro per session and sign in . There was a Junvenile club there today and ...
