On sunday 25th sept myself and a friend from wexford tri club are cycling the copper coast...Dungarvan to Tramore and back...about 90km round trip...stop for grub when we get to Tramore. That would be great...maybe we could fix a regular time - I'd be happy to at least get one long run per week on the mountain.

Brand new...took the tags off when I shouldn't have so can't return them :-( They are a size 6.5 but seem to be fitting on the small size...
