Fair play Ciara, looks like fun, one for the calendar next year.

I'm interested in running vest and a tri suit, just need to check out sizes

presume most people are of the opinion tri suit better that separate top and bottoms

great race report John! was worth the trip up just to listen to Bernard, the man's a beast! no sleep the night before and then run a mountain race!!! i think the picture proves you've got to have no dignity in this tri/racing business but that blue headband kept my ears warm! Frank looks like a card...

Don't have the time really to make it to wicklow this weekend John, but would be on for another hill run early Saturday - 8am?

Thanks Joy, Dena was flying, she was a country mile ahead of 3rd place - I think the cross country is great winter training and from talking to the athletic coaches there they feel a race is worth at least 2/3 hard training sessions, disappointed with Sunday's run but always better than staying in b...
