Another new Parkrun on the horizon:
Carlow Parkrun starting 30 September

Well that was almost as painful as my first marathon :) The finish line was a scene from the walking dead - it was a tough day out. Conditions were brutal on the bike legs and the second run was a line of quads with their lights on to guide the way through cloud and mist across the top of the mounta...

So who's signed up?
Looks like it may be a bit damp on Sunday unfortunately, but that normally means we won't have to run to the top of the second run - a silver lining you could say
