Post by maggie »

Hi There

Wondering if any one out might have a ladies tri suit for sale. Attempting first tri 9th July. Dont want to invest in new one unless i'm sure this is my thing. Probably need a size 14.

Firstly Maggie welcome to the club
I wouldnt worry about it I dont know anyone who triathlon didnt take over their life once they did their first. Take the plunge it will be a great investment. :D
also trisuits are not a requirement just pop a shorts and t shirt on over your swim gear when you come out of the water and away you go.

Hi maggie, welcome to racing795 great to have another lady. Just wanted to say that i did my whole first season about 5 races without a tri suit just threw on a shorts and top over swim suit when i got out the water, you wont be the only one there doing that with our sport growing so fast there will be lots of newbies. Best of luck

Ah, thanks Barry and Dena.

I think I'll just do what you say and not worry about it. Shorts a t-shirt it is. Must admit, somewhat nervous about it. I'll give it an old go though. Thanks very much for your support.
