Well done to all 795 ers who took part in this event today, great to see so many in club colours. first home for the club was the ever speedy Shaughs, followed swiftly by Dena. Mr Alan Tully Keeping his wife company for much of the race but as always with the men, he raced home in front to take the glory for the household but Kate came home with a PB and no doubt delighted. Bernie Black also had a great run and was followed over the line by the furlong duo of Jim and Rebecca, and Siobhan ( bet she missed those muddy puddles though. )

really great to see 8 from the club today taking to the line- thats what its all about. You have your marker for the year so now upwards and onwards! Well done Kate on the PB, the first of many this year I think.

Up next Duncannon in 2 weeks time. lovely course and a nice place to spend an afternoon if the weather is decent, (excellent kite surfing school down there for those not running!)
