This is a Tracy Lawlor fundraiser, so a good blow out and for a great charity. I'm going. It falls on the same day as the My Sport 10k which may take a few.

The 3rd and final duathlon is the 6th april . Great little race 15 euro with ALL the money going to the charity. Nice flat, fast course. There was a good few lads from waterford tri club that would give some of the bigger boys in the club good race. If wanted
Be nice to get a crowd going in our gear. These local races are an opportunity for us to be seen and maybe bag some newbies

Agreed, we should try and rally a few to these local races - tricky one to fit them in with the heavy training.

Dena neglected to say that she podiumed in Rosslare - people have prob already congratulated her on Facebook, but said i'd post it on the aul forum - as info for the few dinosaur still out there (myself included)

Agreed on that Frank, Dena won the race, which is amazing and a testament to all the hard work. Well done. I'm also agreed on the dinosaur bit too.
