Sunday is the county novice at 11am in Wexford. 3km for ladies, 6km for men.

Monday's 5km in Enniscorthy is postponed.

PB 's for the girls today, Bernie & Kate. Big thanks to Joy, their running guru . I'm not sure what juice she has them on.
Mighty running from Fintan and Shaugh's, i saw them at the start for about 50m and they ran me home on the final lap, many thanks.
