Not looking good for me tomorrow as got stuck with work

If ye are getting out in the Kayaks another day I'd love to have a practice...can't make it today though, stuck with a bag pack

If anyone is interested in training on the 10k run course let me know, maybe next weekend ?? I am started to get worried that I've bitten off more than I can chew

I won't get to run the first run before the event at this stage, but it's a fire road climb of about 0-5% for 8km, then a steep enough descent. If you ran from kilbrannish coillte trail head car park on one of the marked walks it would be similar.
Preparation for this one hasn't been ideal - might as well start the excuses now
