Well done Brian!
Pity its the same weekend as the Blackstairs adventure race every year.
I got a gel belt with a pocket for the Dublin 2015 as i was too warm running in a cycling jersey the previous year. Worked well and no bounce.

Great Report Brian, Delighted things went so well for ye guys, the long slog and commitment to training really does reflect the result. Nothing beats a good long run.Hal's plan certainly stood you well , fair play , you make it sound easy. If my gammy leg ever comes right I might just be tempted to join you next year, always enjoyed that race and the support from the crowd.

Well done all of you...I'd be delighted with that pace for a 5k!! Always amazed at how people hold that for 26 miles. Great persistence
