Great event today. You can really see the difference between club organized events and others.
I gave it socks and have no excuses and still cant get closer to the 2 boys.
Mike took the honours today in an excellent performance. Another 3 rd in his AG. ( Thank god he only has 3 months off a year to train )
Jarlath put in a savage run of 41 mins.

Nearly forgot poor Frank.
Frank well he swam and biked .............But sure as we tell our kids its all about taking part and not winning.
Great venue great race and great company, a typical Racing 795 day out.
