Well done all in obviously very trying conditions. Serious endurance required, by all accounts.

great stuff all round. from what i've been reading those were probably the toughest swim conditions ever in what has become one of Ireland's iconic triathlons.

and racing797 has a certain ring to it.....maybe a breakaway faction :shock:

I am breaking away to form a provisional wing of racing 795, to be know henceforth as the Real Continuity Provisional 795-799 (inclusive) Triathlon Club. Members will only be allowed join this one club only and no joint membership with the official wing will be allowed. Triathletes only, none of this mountain bike shite, if you can't swim you're not in.

Wow, fantastic stuff from everyone. That swim just sounded like a nightmare and then follow it up with those mountain climbs, I don't know how ye did it and incredible times to add to that. Fair play to you, inspiring stuff.
