Is there anyone going this sunday to the intermediate x country?
I'm going, is there anyone else to make up a team?
I'm told it will be mostly the same field as last week with 1or 2 more and flatter course

Fantastic result Dena, well done, hopefully a few more of us will join you the next day. Also well done Brian, the lone 795 man putting in another great performance.

Thanks Joy, Dena was flying, she was a country mile ahead of 3rd place - I think the cross country is great winter training and from talking to the athletic coaches there they feel a race is worth at least 2/3 hard training sessions, disappointed with Sunday's run but always better than staying in bed after a lazy week!

Well done on Sunday Brian, 8 laps into that wind was by no means easy. There will be a couple of weeks break now to recover and train (try to keep training on the land stubble fields are probably the best), nothing really happens now till the marathon is over.
