Just spotted that swim Athy have added a 1500m race back onto the plan http://www.swimathy.com/SwimAthy/News/E ... _2011.html
Doesn't mention start times yet but looks like it's set for the Olympic distance race route for the weekend after
Nothing like a bit of practice for the big day
Hope to get up for it

Well done to the 3 brave souls on a wind swept river today. John and Paul on their first 1500m both looking very fresh exiting the water and my better half on her first open water rearing to go next week for the full event
