Well Fergal, you didn't disappoint - great report with a few half truths (you must have gone to the same school of report writing as Shaughs) and anyway advice given over a few pints should always be overlooked!

Have just spent the last 15mins laughing at the report. fantastic, you missed your calling........you have to do an Ironman if only for the race report...!
