ah sure might as well stick my neck out, 'aim for the stars, you might catch the moon' and all that

Minor matter of trying to beat my pb in Dungarvan first - 69:25 set on same course two years ago

Will see how things are set for Waterford after that, but from this angle that's what I'm aiming for anyway
Marathon pb from Cork 2010 is 3:14:54 (only one done)

Hopefully see you there

Was half thinking of doing it John but don't think i'd get the training in now. 3-14 in cork will have togive u good confidence to have a crack. Hopefully get out on a few training runs with u.
Should be a great race going by the standard of other races in waterford.

What plan are u going to us?

Not sure yet exactly what plan going to follow, need to have a good flick through P&D's book again but it will probably be this or something very similar:

Looks like good value, just down the road, and hopefully will be at least half as well organised as Dungarvan yesterday
Come on Coulahan, you know you want to
