Speaking of Mt Leinster Martin, anyone interested in joining Dena, Liam K and myself for a training spin over Mt Leinster x2 this coming Monday evening 31/05, meeting at 7pm on the square.......Route Bunclody loop to Kildavin as a warm up, turn right up Barkers rd towards Carrabutt gap where we descend down to Myshall rd, turning left to Kiltealy and climb again from the Kiltealy side to the Nine Stones..back home to Bunclody...Should only take an hour or so.......A good training climb for the Wicklow 200 or the Lost Sheep Tri....
