Super stuff from Ross today, a sub-40 min 10k to start with, which is serious running with what was to follow. 101st overall on a seriously competitive race. Last years champion (2nd in the Brittish Duathlon Championships) could only manage third and the only professional in the field 4th, such was the competition. From all accounts the bike was tough...
