training took a slight nose dive the last 2 weeks while i was on holidays- routine out the window, family wedding etc (2of the many excuses i came up with !)
back on track this week with just 4 weeks to go and hit the 20 mile mark today- solo run as jeff is down with a bug so was heavy going on the head more so than the body!, but now that i'm finished ,my body is bearing the brunt!- aching legs! glad to have it under the belt though. so yea, all in all not too bad, thanks siobhan.
fair going in laois by the way- good start to the season! well done!

wow great to get to that stage- must be a great feeling- hey maybe you need a break to give you the energy for the next phase(what do I know?!)
Laois was alright- good to have the season started but hopefully will not be so nervous the next time :o

Best of luck with the Marathon on Sunday Ashling, hope all goes well. Hopefully the pesky ash cloud will stay away long enough for you to get out to Prague and back again.
