Well done, pity about the swim but that's the chance u take I suppose so early in the year. Defiantly up for getting them courtown swims up and running again.

Well done. One thing though, if you were thinking about a full IM on the run then you weren't going hard enough

Well done Ruairi, i spoke to a few guys after and the cold took down some of the top athletes in the Country so fair play, that's no mean feat finishing in that cold in a very solid time too. Maybe lanzarote next time for the heat
