There is a 100k cycle this Sunday, hosted by the Newross cycle club, at least you would be certain you could get half way through the Wicklow 200!

I'm doing it, so if any other ladies out there are interested in keeping my company great, don't let the distance turn you off it's very much at a touring pace for the best part of the people taking part.

as far as i know this event closes on monday.
Having not done enough training i wont be doing it :D

Yes well done lads, it must have been all those climbs over mount leinster that stood ye well.

I have to say it was a great buzz finishing, and feeling good, last year I did it and died in the mountains....thanks a million to jim and all his advice, re diet, hydration and diet again...thats the secret. As for whats next....a new backside...thats whats next :D
