Might be a stewarts enquiry at the end about those marshalling points, I delegated responsibility. Well done to all for braving the elements, there was plenty of dodgy corners on the bike course. Big thanks to Daryl and Michael from the gym for time keeping and moral support.

Good blowout last night in trying conditions, but like all nights, not as bad once out in it and always happy to have done it after.

Don and PJ had all bases coverd and the route worked very well. Definitely a big thanks to Michael and Daryl for their efforts on a wet wintry night. This session is definitely one worth repeating!

Finding it difficult to get the body and mind back up for a race but I'll be there. Just to clarify, we're starting in Kildavin and not Bunclody and suggested recently? Also no TT bikes, Tri Bars or Fast Helmets, gosh I'll be out of my comfort zone :o

Sorry Don I've corrected the original post now.
Starting in Kildavin at gaa complex.
The no Tri bikes bars etc is for safety. If we crashed in a group the bars could stab somebody etc :?
The garmin connect route map is also up.^
