Good luck lads. Met Eireann now giving dry but nw winds.
Enjoy the experience John ( I think your the only first timer)
My money is on you to chase them all down on the bike and run.
Run route has changed from pervious ( Facebook joke Frank ) years, harder I heard.

Someone on boards just posted this about the run course:
Just cycled the run course. Different to previous years. Not going to sugar coat it. Very very tough. Would be a hard bike course for a sprint!
