Good man Dempsey - didn't disappoint. Would also like to thank all the support down there - lots of Sliabh Bui (i think) out on the course shouting - C'mon 795, Louise, Ciara and Bernie among others being very vocal. Great event as always.

Have to say I really enjoyed this race. I have never ran anything like this before and running in a pace group was great, especially since I had forgotten my watch 
I ran most of the way with Niall and he really helped me along, chatting away and keeping my mind off all the little niggles I felt. Like frank said, the support along the way was brilliant. Thanks to Bernie for driving down and joy and ciara for all the chat, keeping the nerves away.

congratulations to you all , brilliant running by all and so many PBs too . i,d say the crack was mighty and the slagging even better
