Summer League 2011
Re: Summer League 2011
Folks
Just a reminder the Deadly Drumderry 10km is on this wednesday evening Sign on will be at 7pm at the square in Bunclody then a light warm up jog to the start line at carrig dubh , ready steady go , then finishing in the square . with Rudolf not known for his running prowess the top of the leader board could be in for a change, and looks like conway will have to dust off the runners to keep his team in it !

Re: Summer League 2011
Ok - who's coming tomorrow night. Will the Renegades be able to hold on to that slender lead? Rudolf readies for his annual run with a strong partner inby Padraic G. Will the Hoganites make a welcome return to the club scene? Furlong has an easy ride in returning to the running scene as he has it calculated to the millisecond - what he needs to add to Tom H's time to take the overall . Is Don back from Spain? Will Conway choose this event to marshall? Did PJ stay in the West ...as the further he goes east, the more he realises that the three wise men came from the west! Lorraine's layabouts with a full complement look good value for money, as Martin returns to form and Dempsey (minus the Cube) will hit the front early, setting a stiff pace. Yeats and Kelly are a good each way bet, depending on the chain of events and the Jaysus Freaks will make up the numbers
So many questions.....answers on a postcard please!!

Re: Summer League 2011
10km is a bit beyond me I fear. Also I have no runners and a sore leg or two. I might marshal if Barry has a job for me.
Also, I might have a sub...!

Re: Summer League 2011
Jayzus Frank who knew there is so much going on in our little club ! Anyhow here's the Hogans dilemma, Tom has to complete 7 out 13 races in that IMRA league, there on every wednesday so looks like he wont make this or the next race. Tom's request is can he use his time form up there it's a km longer and ummm slightly harder I have a match to work tomorrow at 7, this is a long shot but just wondering if anyone is around tomorrow day or before the race that would be able to run/bike the course with me to verify my time so i can have a time for team 5. I'll pass all this over to our race official Mr Byrne
Re: Summer League 2011
what a great idea.
if Tom could let me know what time he's starting at then I could set off simultaneously here in Poland. I can send in my time later. Simples!
Toms International Trotters !!

Thanks to Barry and PJ for marshalling. Great route Barry and personally I welcomed the downhills. Some great times - a serious standard.
