Well done Frank and the other 4 brave souls who took part. Very close in the end, just 9 seconds less from Frank and Barry would have won. Frank's the man to beat in 2012 alright, serious times for 22kms. Have to say I enjoyed doing the course in the car and watching the lads in pain
