Just a reminder that the last round of the summer league will take place this Friday night.
Its a 10 km run starting at the top of Carraigduff and finishing at Bunclody bridge.
Sign on At 7pm at the Market Square we walk/ run up to the top of Carraigduff fo a 7.30pm start.
No need for Marshal volunteers.

Who's going?
Will shaughs make a return?
What about Marathon man Dempsey?

All the shi*te talk from Thelma and Louise when Friday's night's run decides who wins the summer league between the two of them - this is going to be worth anything, the two have been nip and tuck
in the runs in all the tri's so far with Pj maybe with the slighly better early season form but watch out Frank refused a mini breakfast roll today so expect a battle royale
