Come the John D, beat that barrier, your times to date definitely put you very close. Enjoy it most of all. You'll be just right recovery wise for the BEAST

Thanks for the good luck lads
Feeling good, reckon I've nothing to lose in going for it and a decent chance of hitting it, just never know what you'll be like after 20 miles I guess. Felt great at that stage in cork, hopefully will feel same tomorrow.
Not sure about the weather, giving wind and rain and maybe hail
Don't mind rain, hail or snow, just not looking forward to wind!! Hopefully won't be too bad
Will let ye know how it goes

3:18, devastated
Unreal tough, ran a 1:30 / 1:48 split
Just put everything into the first half hills and wind
Anyone I wad talking to that had gone for a stretch target seemed to be a good 15 mins out so same for everyone I guess
The km splits will make interesting reading later I'm sure
