Kilmore 10k

Good luck to Shaughs and anyone else doing Kilmore 10k tomorrow - just to put a little pressure on, he needs to beat 38:30 for a pb :)

Thanks lads, well over a year trying to break the 10Km PB so delighted, main goal of the year was to break into the 37s for 10km,

this is a great little local race and if you get a chance next year mark it down
first 5km in 18.36, perfect evening for running and the home stretch thru the village is great with people out in front of the two pubs
even though Kilmore is a loop it feels like you're running down hill for most of it, you wait for a uphill stretch but it never really comes
All the O'Shaughnessy crew were well fed afterwards in the local community hall

nice personalised email on registering with details and after the race email as well - whatever system they used would be worth looking into for our races
