Winter training races

Its that time of year again...
This year we will run it over 3 events, 1 a month until year end.
Here's the dates and details:

Sunday 14th Oct
Mass start bike hill climb. 11.5km up Mt Leinster from Bunclody to 9 stones on the road.

Women can/will go off xx mins ahead of men.

Sunday 11th Nov
Mass start bike race. 26km

Women can/will go off xx mins ahead of men.

Sunday 9th Dec
2 lap 25km total time trial. Either individual or team format depending on numbers.

All start at 10am from Kildavin gaa complex.
Meet at 9;30am for sign on.

This is a great way for all members and there families of the club to meet up over the winter months.
You get to push yourself in training that's hard to do on your own and have a chat and a cuppa afterwards.

1 marshall/timekeeper required for each event.

I'll marshall the first one PJ (ie i'll park at the 9 stones and take the pictures ;) )

Cmon folks, for those that have been around a while you know that this is a nice opportunity to get together and especially for the new members to come and introduce themselves
