Dungarvan 10 mile road race
Hi all. West Waterford athletics are holding their annual 10 mile road race on Sun 31st Jan at 1pm. This is a great race on a flat course and could be considered as a nice target for Jan training. Entries close on Jan 18th and can be done online at www.westwaterfordathletics.org. Anybody interested let me know as I'd like to go but I don't want to travel alone.

as a native of dungarvan or 'fungarvan' as we like to call it!!!!!!!!!!!!, i'll be doing it.
should be a nice race- that club are always well organised and ther'll be a good show- its a huge running club.
as for travelling together i could be going down on the friday/sat for the weekend anyway but prob won't decide till closer the time. if i'm going down on sun, anyones welcome to come along.
