Well done to PJ, Ruairi, Joy, Siobhan and Barry today in Limerick.
Hats of to all, especially PJ taking a couple of minutes of last years swim time. Ruairi and PJ both posted very impressive run times. Joy and Siobhan were flying as well. Barry was the sole Olympian and put in a sterling performance too.
There was lots of support too, Clare's cakes were the hit of the day! and Cian Dunne in the Racing795 babygro!
