Hi all
Just to let you know the entry for this race is opening at 8am on friday 25th. Following on from PJ and Franks sterling effort in 2012 I am going to enter. I think its good value for €70.

Hopefully the swim goes ahead for you, it's looking a bit touch and go at the minute though

Best of luck to Ruairi. This is a great race with a nice course. Don't worry about the cold water - once you loose all feeling in your hands and feet the pain will quickly go away

Enjoy it an don't go too hard too early. Eat well on the bike
