Great day out, we'll done to Siobhan and all the organisers and helpers.
Proud to be part of such a strong club turnout, well done everyone. Not sure where everyone finished but some good times I hear. Hard luck to Helen whose knee gave up after 3k, there will be other days.
Special thanks to Coach Burke for keeping me going with his unique brand of encouragement.

Loon of the day award goes to Shocks. Imagine an Enniscorthy man not knowing where the handbrake is!

Hats off to everyone, especially the 795ers new to running. Tough, hilly but honest course and I know Caroline and Yvonne (plus many more, no doubt) achieved remarkable PBs.
