I'm going to sign up for this.
Anybody else thinking of doing it, I could do with some company on the long runs.
18 weeeks to go so ideal to start a training plan about now.

I am planning on doing this aswell. I havent signed up yet but will be doing soon. I have just started the training so the milage is averaging out about 25 k a week. I have a programme which i used in 2011 so i am going to use that. Company on the long runs would be good. I try to get all the short runs done during the week and early in the morning and plan on leaving the LSR until sat or sun, and do these nice and early in the mornings. Let me know what your plan is and maybe we can link up at some stage.

Long runs are on saturday but can also be on sunday. Wednesday run is optional. This week is week 1.
