Good luck to Mike who's doing this tomorrow.
He is a sucker for punishment we did mile high bike this am and im taking tomorrow off and hes doing that

Having looked at the course profile I think mad is definitely the right word!!!!

795 also had kieran Redmond flying the flag in the clontarf half!

Fair play mike we met someone from the very aptly named stone mad marking out a course for Sunday over the top of Mt leinster And I hear Saturdays stage was no picnic either
