I'm going to go down and do this as its on our door step and as the race season is coming to an end

Whats the half course like Tom? Given the good timings for Dublin should be good crowd

It's pretty good first 3rd should be fast down through Tombrack, then a flat section along the river on same road used for the Porters 10km a year or two ago. Then the sting in the tail, out onto N11 and a drag back to Ferns.
3 mile in Bunclody this Thursday 8pm start if your interested.

Well done Dena, first woman home at Tri the Hook today. First triathlon win for Dena, and as far as I know, first for the club! You've put in the hard work, well deserved.
