One of the best 10kms around and a real PB course, its AI certified. Great feed after. Nice one for the family with a trip to Ballycross Apple farm a good distraction before hand.

Might go, I have the vo2 max test thu so may c how legs are.

Great running from tom (2nd), dena (41 min) an shaughs (37 - a pb) in this event
